Patrick McNeil, MA-ODL

Chief Navigator | Coach | Leadership Development

 

Pat is a retired Navy veteran, passionate leader, life-long learner, supporter of returning "Play" to the world, massive sports hound, and music aficionado.  He has vast leadership experience at a variety of levels ranging from individual contributor through senior leadership.  Pat approaches each challenge with non-judgmental curiosity to help clients address their needs to attain success and is an avid supporter of veterans.  Transition and change can be a challenging prospect for veterans at every level. Pat uses his experiences to help clients determine success in their lives and map a course for the journey.  Pat is an accomplished facilitator in a variety of leadership platforms, which include, Ken Blanchard, Vital Smarts, InsideOut Development and he is a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® methods.  He is passionate about helping clients achieve success through an appreciative, strengths-based coaching approach.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and has a Master of Arts in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.

Jim Breen

Coach | Organization Development

 

Blending experiences from the hospitality industry, higher education, manufacturing, and mining, Jim brings a unique perspective to organization and leadership development. He has spent 20 years passionately helping teams and individuals accelerate transparency, improve communication, and build trust.

 

A skilled trainer and intuitive facilitator, Jim has excelled in assessing performance gaps and delivering the appropriate training or intervention solutions to locations in the U.S., Indonesia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Jim graduated with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management and MS in Vocational Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and has completed coursework and passed oral and written exams for his doctorate in Vocational Education with a concentration in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Cindy Banton, PhD

Organization Development

 

Dr. Banton is the Founder and CEO of AVID Consulting, LLC. She is a transformational business leader with over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide workforce optimization initiatives. AVID Consulting specializes in providing results-oriented organizational development solutions that optimize workforce performance. One of Dr. Banton’s areas of expertise is organizational change initiatives in the area of equity and inclusion. She works with Fortune 100 global companies and government entities to develop strategies and actions that change the policies and practices that support the status quo around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Banton helps organizations develop a clear, realistic view of their organizations' current and future states in the realm of multicultural and equity competencies and inclusion practices. As a person of color who experienced acts of discrimination firsthand and working as an advocate for change, she has a unique perspective on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Banton is committed to her goal of discovering innovative, common-sense approaches to address the ongoing problem of social injustice, inequality, and lack of cultural diversity in organizations and create positive, sustainable change.

Brian Wood

Brian previously served as Chairman of The Board for the Tempe Chamber of Commerce in AZ.  He combines 30 years of corporate experience with his background as an athlete, certified professional player agent (NBA, WNBA and FIBA) and a certified professional success coach to provide clients with unique support and guidance toward the next level of greatness. Brian is enthusiastic about helping leaders find passion and leverage gifts to achieve their definition of success. He is committed to continuous personal and professional growth including organizational development and gamification.  Brian continues to support major corporations, professional sports organizations, and municipalities.  He provides confidential, professional, and discreet executive coaching, online learning resources, and leadership assessments with customized summaries and action plans.  He is also an executive coach with the American Express Leadership Academy – hosted by the Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and nonprofit innovation.  Additionally, Brian is a:

Originally, from NJ, Brian earned his BA in Communications from William Paterson University and earned his MBA in 2014 from the University of Phoenix.
